• Cancelation process or Reduction of Licenses before Auto-Renewal

If you have purchased your licenses through a reseller or MSP please always include your Account Executive on the email as well. If you don't know who your account Executive is email support@(Reseller or MSP Domain).

If you purchase your licenses through Malinda Franco / TeamFranco at iT1 please cc TeamFranco@it1.com and MalindaFranco@it1.com on all emails.

Include the below with your notice of cancelation

Company Name

Company physical address

Company Domain

Account number / Contract number / License ID (Include any and all that you have)

Product that you are wanting to cancel or reduce the subscription count.

Include a read receipt and a delivery receipt when you send your email so you have confirmation that you have sent this so you are not stuck with the auto-renewal bill.
